Indiana Downtown®

In June of 2001, the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns (IACT) Foundation unveiled a new, technical assistance program called Indiana Downtown®. This program is offered in partnership with HyettPalma and is based on the highly successful America Downtown® technical assistance program created by the National League of Cities and HyettPalma in 1992.

Like the America Downtown® program, Indiana Downtown® provides direct, hands- on help to city and town officials who want to start, refocus, or energize their Downtown enhancement efforts. The program is designed to uncover the unique assets and needs of each participating community. And, the technical assistance provided results in a Downtown Action Agenda that is specifically tailored for each community’s Downtown.

All technical assistance services offered through the Indiana Downtown® program are provided exclusively by HyettPalma, Inc.
