After my very disappointing experience at Shenanigans, (see separate review) the replacement regime at Hanrahan's in soi 4, it was with trepidation that I tried Scruffy Murphy's reincarnation of the Queen Victoria pub in soi 23 that had been another of my regular haunts over many years.
