I forgot her name, but the bartender was really nice. If you're driving, it's not too far from all the Promontory Point parking lots so you can park there if need be, or on 55th with a meter.

We're working hard to be accurate. Since this place was within walking distance from her crib, and the rain was of monsoon proportions, The Cove is as good as it gets.

Lots o' big colorful screen action here, and, I might add, not too noisy on the chit-chat so you can actually here the Cubs play-by-play: if you enjoy hearing Len Kasper droning on & one about nothing in particular pertaining to baseball in of itself.
Absolutely love the juke box , it always have a great selection for classic songs and new bangers. It's cash only, but the drinks are cheap. As I said: epic.
