I had to learn it through logic guided by hard experience. Other than eat, drink, enjoy the atmosphere, we played a variety of games.I can't say enough about this resort. Our bartender Dmitry was awesome. Many thanks to the staff all across the board who were kind, friendly and accommodating throughout as well! They truly made it a memorable stay. The concepts are the same. And even tho we had a small mishap Sunday night with the closing bartender the GM was right them and handled the situation perfectly! It's a super cute Cuban themed resort, with a pretty lobby filled with Cuban art, a swing, merchandise, citrus water and churros in the afternoon. Towards the end of the trip I didn't even order anything I would just walk upBeware of the poor communication from the hotel management. Top Key West Bars & Clubs: See reviews and photos of bars & clubs in Key West, Florida on Tripadvisor. I thought this was such a sweet touch and when I replied saying this, they messaged me back again with another sweet message. It was not luxurious at all, but we knew that when we booked. With a new interior design, cocktail and food program and management the bar has been set up for success. Let's start with the text message confirming our arrival. My daughter loved that. The concierge was very helpful, pretty much anything you want to do just ask them.

Friendly locals there when I went. I stayed here a few weeks ago and they were incredible and then I find out they get voted the #3 resort in Florida and now I know why.

The fries were not good. If not for the deceit in their  pricing they would have received a 5 star rating.Upon arrival, we were content with location and the newly renovated look. Includes: Diablo del Sol, The Graduate, Tempe Sorbet, Cabana Cuba Libre, and Havana Nights. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but a "pool view" room, a short walk away. Nice Hammocks all around, pingpong, jenga, corn hole, This hotel was great.

I head out for the afternoon and when I return, I return to a bottle of champagne on ice just to thank me for being a returning guest. Loved my stay here. If you've seen the Bar Rescue episode where this place was re-done, don't expect it to look the same as what Taffer left them to work with. If you're coming toMini get away with friends and this place was the bomb!!!!!

The crowd was a mix of all ages, with a good number of kids and elderly folks.
We had to leave the resort to go have a drink and relax elsewhere.A very nice Cuban themed Hotel!! They were all so nice and helping. at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is nothing less than top tier. They offer a nice vibe.

In reviewing the 2010 application from what was presented both by … Guest services are a top priority when booking a resort and Havana Cabana staff certainly set the bar high if it plays a role in your decision where to book.

The whole entire place was VERY clean. But I do feel he goes overboard. Bar Rescue doesn't like metalheads This is right in the press release they sent us: This week, Taffer heads to Havana Cabana Bar and Grill, run by two brothers who have drained their parents' retirement fund by opening an ill-conceived death-metal concert bar.

Friendly staff. Some screaming at the employees for how shitty of a job they’re doing, introduce new menu/design/drink list and relaunch the new concept.I always think of what happens with these places after the cameras and hype are gone. The rooms were a good size and amenities were just fine. They explained this covered the bus to downtown Key West and a few other services. Great service. I want to thank Gaby, Nick , Taissia for the excellent service, and very personal treatment!!!!! They wouldn’t call you if they didn’t watch your show. What was really frustrating is that the hotel manager obviously knew there would be workers at his resort but he was no where to be found. The beds were so comfortable. Then you'll have to know that Tempe's Rocky Point Cantina (briefly known as Havana Cabana) is the bar the show will set out to rescue Sunday night. The food is prepared in a food truck on property- and is delicious! Personal touches like this I REALLY love. Taking nostalgic influences from the art and culture of our neighbors in Cuba, the Cabana is a lush escape from reality. I got two free drinks upon checking in and tried the ginger pineapple mojito, which was very good. My only disappointment was that I was presented with an undisclosed $25 per night facility fee at check in. Friends and I had so much fun here. Chris and Annette were beyond helpful and super nice. It’s another show like Kitchen Nightmares where the host, Jon Taffer, turns over a bar that’s not doing hot and tries to set them up for success. Everyone is so polite and they cater to everything you could possibly need. We checked in and the front desk noticed I have stayed here before.

One day, we had missed the shuttle, so the hotel sent a driver to drive us in, which was really nice. _Then_ you'll have to take my word that one of its reality shows is a Kitchen Nightmares clone called Bar Rescue. The service is top notch. However he did me a favor gave me a chance to realize how overpriced the drinks are. New Name: Havana Cabana: 42: 22 "Jon of the Dead" The Underworld Grill & Bar: Las Vegas, Nevada: October 13, 2013 () Jon encounters poor food service, tacky decor, and deep distrust between employees and management as he tries to save a Halloween/horror-themed bar run by two former rockers. Overall, I had a really nice stay here, although probably wouldn't stay here again, as I like to stay in-town.We are staying at the Havana cabana and Annette was amazing in checking us in! so you had to shuttle or Uber or take a scooter, but it was nice and quiet and very family friendly. Calm down. The Chicken Bone in Framingham has been out of business for several months. Taffer’s a geniusJust watched Scoreboard.
