The gyoza complement the broths served perfectly. Staff are lovely and very fast and efficient. As noodles can be soggy after being...A little bigger than a hole in wall. 0 friends. This was the first meal I had after landing in Melbourne and boy was it a good choice! So one can happily be in and out of the venue in approximately 40 minutes. Simple and traditional menu but they do it well -- broth is almost perfect aside from using a bit too much MSG -- and the toppings were smoky and flavourful.

Little Ramen Bar is authentic first and foremost. The one pitfall was leaving the door open on a street where a lot of people smoke, so the place smelled strongly of tobacco.This is your standard ramen fare, nothing extraordinary - the chashu tamago was warm and filling, with perfectly seasoned egg, meat, bamboo shoots, and a slightly too salty broth. !Deserves a 4.0 or 4.5 out of 5, but they get extra props for NOT focusing on tonkotsu broth.
