Inspired by the historic coffeehouses originating in London during the 17th century, Penny University café on Kingston’s Kennedy Street adopts the same name, encouraging a similar culture of sharing ideas over coffee in a modern day setting. We have been dining at Penny University for years now. All really tasty. You can't book as such, send one of your party to the restaurant 10 or 15 mins before the rest of your party arrive and you'll get a table easily. We had the veggie burger, smashed avocado and chicken salad. Poached eggs on toast - average.
