Rock And Pop | UMC | 2LP £35.00 Finally, the bonus album in this Special Edition is filled with demo versions of several of the main disc's tunes. Although I am not a Michael Jackson fan, Paul and Michael succeeded in dashing off a few fun songs. It was released on CD in early 1984, a few months after the vinyl, by Columbia Records in the States and EMI in the UK. Sound recordings made by Parlophone, 1983.

Rock And Pop | UMC | 2LP Rock And Pop | Universal Music | 2LP Excellent Sound Quality. £10.00 Finally, the bonus album in this Special Edition is filled with demo versions of several of the main disc's tunes. £19.00 1. This album was released in 1983, I knew nothing about Sir Paul's solo career after Wings but over the last few years I've collected just about all of his pop-rock albums and this one was among the last I discovered. £47.00 The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness. This page works best with JavaScript. Original. £5.00 In my estimation "Pipes of Peace" is one of his finest solo career albums. £20.00 $22.98. Songs include; Pipes of Peace, Say Say Say, The Other Me, Keep Under Cover, So Bad, The Man, Sweetest Little Show, Average Person, Hey Hey, Tug of Peace & Throughout Love. Underrated gem coming on the heels of Tug of War.

£22.00 Personally supervised by Paul McCartney and newly remastered at Abbey Road Studios, Pipes Of Peace is is a must have for any fans music collection. £16.00 The bonus disc is okay; the highlight there is the new mix of "Say Say Say," which is much better than the version that was released years ago.

There is great stylistic variety on the album from title track "Pipes of Peace", to the personal insight of "The Other Me", the romping fun of "Keep Under Cover", and the soulful love song "So Bad". For some reason "Average Person" is my favorite with Paul's amusing observations of everyday folk and the intersection of their personalities and their professions. Having said that, the bonus disc is a TOTAL throw away!! The album, released in 1983,was produced by George Martin and includes the hit single ‘Say Say Say’, a duet with Michael Jackson that stayed at #1 on the US Chart for 6 weeks. 'Pipes Of Peace is the fourth solo studio album by Paul McCartney.

£16.00 Not a great effort from 'ol Sir Paul......and I'm a big fan.

Rock And Pop | UMC | 1LP

Rock And Pop | UMC | 3LP There are some very catchy little ditties on this one, often overlooked. £50.00 - £58.00 Good companion to Tug Of War and I think one of his hidden gems. Now I don't regret not spending more on LPs when that was the only option. £18.00 A favorite is "The Other Me."
£10.00 In "Through Our Love", George Martin adds strings and some orchestral instruments to give this love song some of the classic richness in emotion and wonder that is effortless for Paul.
