It is possible to fill these holes with a watertight adhesive sealant such as Mod Podge in order to make it eyedropper compatible.While Pilot does not make replacement nibs for this pen, the nibs on the I wanted to update my review for the Pilot Kakuno and thus give it 4 stars
The Medium NIB did not need smoothing.This pen has delivered a solid and consistent performance with Diamine and I purchased this pen in Fine a few months ago and really liked it.
