I started off with the oysters and they were delicious, I normally don't like oysters but these were fresh, clean and so damn good. I advised him that it was rude and inappropriate to invite customers to leave when they made all the effort to make a reservation long in advance, and fix his "innocent mistake". I get that there are a lot of super wealthy people in Saratoga (even during Covid), but I just felt like the whole thing was expensive for the sake of being expensive. The bartender was incredible, he made lemonade from scratch, it tasted just like lemonade from the fair but not too sweet. I was blown away by this place. Will definitely come back next time in Saratoga A+Three of us were in town for business and we ate here last night...everything was fantastic.I'm not afraid of a $250 dinner for me and my wife on a Tuesday night; we travel and enjoy fine dining enough to know what things cost (and portion sizes) in resort area and large city restaurants. We will be back next time we are in Saratoga.
