During your residency, you'll get a chance to work side-by-side with physician educators in nearly on-on-one clinical and operative experiences. This just goes to show that there is not much staff turnover and everyone works very well together overall as once the program director and chairmanship passes to the next person, the predecessor is still staying on to continue to work with residents.
