My review is more directed at the man that works the front register over seeing the daily operations of the restaurant. From the outside it doesn’t look like a typical BBQ place. Taxes, fees not included for deals content. Just enough char. Then the waitress had the nerve to bring extra bowls of that nasty a__ s s___t. This choice was either one of economic (cutting cost because the per pound price is much less than brisket) or plain inexperience. Honestly till this day i wish i could've gotten my money back. Others visit as they travel to and from the beach. Glossy, smoky crispy skin with moist, delicious juicy tender meat inside! Two: the bbq sauce tasted like pure garbage i wanted throw that s___t back at the waitress. We look forward to welcoming you in our doors soon.This is an example of "paying for the name" Sprayberry's has been around along time and was made famous by someone who is long gone. This cut of beef has some of the lowest amount of fat and marbling but I it was the only choice when I asked if they had brisket.

I can't even guess the amount of money and time we gave spent supporting this business throughout the years (both addresses). The worst part of both meats was the smoking process which was totally devoid of any wood or charcoal flavor. It is made in our kitchens every day, as are our other sides. I requested that it be thinly sliced, which it was not, with a side of baked beans....We are sorry that our barbecue sauce was not to your taste.
It looks like a bank. We know that everyone has different tastes when it comes to barbecue. Every time they have been spot on. I've been to both locations, at slow and busy times and the results were about the same. The Lewis Grizzard Special (a barbecue sandwich, Brunswick stew, and onion rings) was Lewis' meal of choice.Sprayberry's Barbecue is a family owned and operated business which has grown with the City of Newnan and Coweta County. We have used the same recipes (my grandfather's barbecue sauce and my grandmother's Brunswick stew) for 91 years. We hope you will come back for some of our sauce and give us a chance to redeem ourselves.This place served the worst BBQ I think I've had since moving to Georgia. Brunswick stew is meaty, packed with flavor . Menu & Reservations Make Reservations . Thanks for the great BBQ. 1/2 Pint $5.95. Onion rings were awful and they had the nerve to fill my plate up with that garbage. He was very rude and a real smart butt. Huge helping.
