My CC is a US one, but I have used it before with paypal japan fine. If you made a PayPal transaction (sent payment or purchase something) and your payment has not been processed and showing pending status that means the recipient hasn’t received it yet.

Suggest you review all of your PayPal transactions and disputes over the last several months.Do you have a bank account linked to your PayPal account?I would like to suggest to the Paypal mods that all who post on this forum,identify the country they are residing now and in which country did they open their PAYPAL account so we dont have to ask.This is for an account I opened and use in Japan. Business as usual.

Beause PayPal is increasing security evaluations on risky payments and account management with international account issues.I see, that seems completely normal to you.

There should be a fast way to approve it. I have used paypal to pay for steam and with the same CC (I verified that last september I made purchase, it's on my CC statement).
