Tried messaging on Facebook but haven’t had a reply despite it saying “answers instantly”!I had a phone message from Tesco saying it was most likely my Debit Card and to check with my bank this morning. The time it takes to do an online shop is nearly as long as a physical shop. I can’t imagine what horrors would have awaited me if I’d had a spare week to devote to actually making it to checkout!I registered my complaint and Tesco were very polite, even asking me what browser I use.

Suggest to others that’s the way forward.I’m having the same issue re checkout .. talked with Tesco via Twitter .. their suggestions made no difference whatever. So annoyed at Tescos for changing its website for this awful rubbish site. I’ve called my bank who have confirmed there’s nothing wrong with my card. They told me the website was running a bit slow and that there were a few issues which were on the fast track to being sorted out.I have no choice but to use another store. Can’t check if payment is ok or if its actually going to come. Menu; Shop. I’ve entered two different card details and “confirm payment”, then just goes back to the same screen with none of my card details there, just blank!
