Wake Forest School of Medicine conducts a variety of clinical trials through the At Wake Forest Baptist Health, diversity has always been one of our core values. This program also includes unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, minimally invasive surgical techniques, a variety of anterior and posterior-based hip surgical approaches, and computer-assisted surgical techniques. Fellowship Total Joint Fellowship Program A one-year program helping prepare fellows for all aspects of a career in adult reconstruction.

We want to provide the educational building blocks to lay a foundation for the management of any pathology that one will encounter in practice. Adult reconstruction fellows will leave our program comfortable with the management of periprosthetic joint infection and complex hip and knee revision surgery. The American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), The Hip Society (THS), The Knee Society (TKS) and the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) have established this Fellowship Match Program to assist orthopaedic residents in obtaining fellowships in adult reconstruction or musculoskeletal oncology, and for fellowship programs to obtain fellows in these specialties.
