It's almost as if that's the REAL Shaq!
Groan.
There are some things from the 90s that I never knew about back then that I took a liking to. I remembered seeing this once when I was in my early 20's, yes, and wanting to see it again recently. But I respect their opinions. Certain critics didn't like it, though. A Great family movie, with bullies, friendship and redemption within a family, it's just a FUN MOVIE. It is not. They consist of Baby Huey's Great Easter Adventure, Pajama Sam, Nightmare Ned and Midnight Patrol: Adventures in the Dream Zone (aka Potsworth and Co.). My favorite parts are the junk food scene, the "We Genie" song, the part where Kazaam showers, the fight between Kazaam and the villains, and the ending where Kazaam is free and Max's parents are reunited (and where he gets a sundae). I think Shaq is a very good actor. Please try againSorry, we failed to record your vote. At now 55. But this movie is something that I knew about and wish I saw as a kid. I saw it because it's started to appear on some lists of bad movies with some taking the position that it's so bad it's good. I know I would have loved it as a kid back then. Shaq may not be the BEST actor in this world, but is that really why we love him? I couldn't wait for it to end. From then on, he's catapulted to one wild adventure after another ... from becoming the latest rap sensation to untangling an outrageous mob scheme! Your recently viewed items and featured recommendations I really like this movie. You do have to survive the bad late 80s early 90s rapping haha
As the giant genie with an attitude, Shaq scores big laughs in this hilarious comedy hit that's sure to be a slam-dunk winner with everyone! It looked rather fun, but I never saw it in theatres, nor did I buy or rent it. Movie buffs may hate on it but take it for what its worth, its supposed to be a goofy film. Loved this movie when it first came out in the 1900's. i first saw this film on the tv and i found it funny and i have been trying to get this on dvd and i am glad that i did Came in ahead of time a true classic of shaq in his earlier days would reccomend for any 90s kid looking to rekindle fond memories
Now if you grew up in the 90's like myself you know this movie is a guilty pleasure I mean for the most part it's cheese and bad acting but it's my childhood and it has a special place in my heart. So yes, it's a bit older but it's very endearing and a very warm family film for dad's missing their son's or parenting examples, or communicating with them through the film. A GREAT Family Film as well! So why did I see it in the first place?
