However, today when I ordered through the app, I came to pick up my drink & I noticed they were missing one of my drinks, so I mentioned that and I waited outside, I came back in and she made the wrong drink, & I had to correct her again & she went back to check if that's what I ordered.Then I decided to stay inside to watch what she was doing and before she sealed it, I had to tell her I payed for boba/bubbles. Fantastic drinks. It's all about the balls! It's just hard to breathe with the low oxygen concentration. I ordered a Oreo milk tea which I personally didn't care for. It was very busy - 6 people waiting to order when I walked in and I was super surprised, annoyed and trying to avoid people. I told her before I left that she should have apologized. Preorder to. Maybe park behind the place and walk to it. Mango milk tea is my favorite! The boba quality is also never clumpy, with great texture and that subtle but perfect flavor. Maybe she needs to fix her big round glasses and wipe it cause 3 mistakes shouldn't have happened. We have plenty of drivers to get our food delivery orders out on time—so your food from Kung Fu Tea … She checks and hands me my drink with little boba in it and doesn't even apologize. Will never be back and do not recommend it. I ordered three teas through Door Dash. !I've been to several different Kung Fu Tea locations: East coast, West coast, and several in Texas. Please come in and check it out! The only thing is the crystal boba tasted very doughy and not as chewy as the normal crystal boba. It's very spacious and there wasn't a long line the time i went. Drinks were amazing especially in a hot Texas day! Diluted tea. That good! My favorite KFT is my hometown one, the Grand Prairie KFT, but let me tell you this one reminds me of home 100%!!! Not too big not too small size and not too hard and not too soft in texture. It was so nice, I went there twice!

It isn't some sort of powder mix etc. The workers are always very knowledgeable about the drinks and let you customize your sugar and ice level. First of all, I am 99% sure that the store owner is just playing tricks saying that the machine doesn't work so none of the rewards from the kungfu tea app will work. Not sure why this store is open for people to walk in and order during this pandemic - 0 stars for that. You can customize how much sugar and ice are in your drink, as well as (of course) which flavor, taken from a huge variety. Plss work on your efficiency and try again. How hard it can be to have good air circulation in the store? It was better before. This is one of my favorite milk tea chains. The authentic Chinese taste is very fresh. I had the grapefruit yogurt with popping mango balls. Speaking of the manager (Caleb) he was so nice and walked me though all of the caffine-free drinks. Also, ordered from GrubHub and delivery was great and still nice and ice cold.I can't complain about their drinks & I am a regular there and always thought the app to order ahead is very efficient. Sweetness and ice level can be adjusted to your liking. I would recommend tthe classic KungFu Milk tea or the original Wow Milk with a Specializes in made-to-order tea, milk & fruit-based beverages. Dominos originates from China's Song Dynasty. My favorite place for boba at UT, I LOVE IT SOO MUCH!!! I do think that regular sweetness is a bit less than what I'm used to (but I also like sugary tea) but I'm hesitant to ask for extra sweet. The consistency is outstanding. I am pretty sure he won't want to fix it (or is it really broken?)

The taste of the bubble tea is awful, the worst bubble tea place we have ever been to.I would be a regular customer if they had dominos on their game shelf. Most of the ingredients there already comes with high concentration of sugar so even when you request not to put any more sugar is still sweet.Their fried/popcorn chicken is full of msg. Other than that the staff is quick to make a drink and very friendly, but don't make us wait for no reason.I really love the ambiance of this place. So because the person in front of me ordered 5 drinks i have to wait for THEIR drinks before i get mine even though it's been ready for ...hmmmm let me see 9 minutes?!? Dan Dan noodle is super salty, and don't get fooled by pic, there's no meat in it.I have experienced the worst attitude of serving in my life.
