Check out Nute Gunray data from all the players on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes! If the target had Extortion, call all other Separatist allies to assist.Separatist allies have +15% Speed and Potency for each enemy with Extortion. It doesn't deal damage directly to HP, it deals damage equal to 5% of their max HP.
