A high-end restaurant with top-tier food and service! And food is spectacular. Our dinners were excellent and the dessert menu was out of this world. Chin-Wong Chinese Restaurant menu. You would think you were in Italy!There has been a lot of anticipation for the opening of this new place and we did enjoy it. We were promptly greeted by two hostesses a table wasnt ready for us so we sat at the bar . Really?

Anyway we sat at the bar for a couple of drinks and the three of us made our way to our table.Apparently at this point, after untold delays, The Edge is open on a limited basis. The couple, now of Colts Neck, own The Edge, a soaring, upscale restaurant and bar unlike anything in town. Park along Broad St. - … OUTDOOR SEATING DINING HOURS: Mon-Wed 11-8pm. Wine and beer selection was good and the bar was packed at 5:30! The table next to us recommended to the manager to move the tables closer to the building a foot or two to allow servers more room to stand.Even though it took this place forever to open it was well worth the wait.

A fan was blowing in one direction in the far corner of tent. So, we were super excited to go to a soft opening!We ate here over the weekend on their outside area under a roofed tent. The owners were very visible and eager to make certain their eatery is a winner.
