This comprehensive technical assistance program brings the Downtown expertise of HyettPalma together with the local government insight of the National League of Cities, offering a combination of strengths and individualized assistance not available anywhere else.

America Downtown^® offers a variety of services that result in a customized game plan for your Downtown.

The Downtown Action Agenda A comprehensive five-year, market-driven course of action for attaining a shared vision, and unlocking your Downtown's economic potential.

Phased Services An option offering the flexibility to receive key elements of the Downtown Action Agenda in phases if your city is unable to undertake the comprehensive program as a whole.

Update Services Offered to former participants of America Downtown^®, this reduced-fee service is a cost-effective way to refresh your existing Downtown Action Agenda and create a new five-year strategy to continue your Downtown's economy renaissance.

Customized Services A customized package of services is available, upon request, to meet the specific needs of your Downtown.
