Personally I am in love with this machine. The steam wand did not work upon arrival. The machine has been useless to me.
Also the machine vibrates when it’s brewing.

This DeLonghi had good reviews so I took a chance and I have not been disappointed.
I ended up buying another machine for 20% more but it's so much better.
Good coffee is an essential in our home. Don't forget to do the temp surf before the first cup in the morning and you are good to go.
