The family of a dead woman have been left devastated after her boyfriend was accused of robbing her in the days after her death. Could happen.All the cast throw themselves into the heightened setting, with lead Rina Takeda especially good as the wannabe chef who's had to take a demeaning waitress job at the restaurant, but her amazing martial arts skills come in handy against disrespectful customers as well as the killer rice snacks.Being such a cartoonish movie, the fact that its CGI effects are so bad doesn't matter too much, though it is jarring when appearing in the same sequences as some far more tactile - but equally surreal - prosthetics and puppetry. Iguchi certainly knows his stuff, and there’s been a discernible improvement in his directing skills over the years. High quality Retro Sushi gifts and merchandise. Ew body sushi, what could go wrong here.

It is now on the list of movies I will tell everyone to watch.Two pieces of sushi have rigorous sex on a tree and then birth thousands of mini sushi in the process. You'll never eat nigiri again. Sure enough, it's pretty darn stupid, but executed with such gleeful enthusiasm by director Noboru Iguchi and his cast, that much can be forgiven.Rina Takeda plays Keiko, whose father is a famous sushi chef (Jiji Bû). She's clumsy and she'll never live up to his legendary reputation, so she leaves home to find her…Dead Sushi is ridiculous as the title and posters suggest, but this film manages to be fun in its excessiveness and manages to bring out some campy drama to add weight to the backstories of some of its characters, without falling to levels of self-seriousness. Paired up with our heroine Keiko with her 2 finger sushi fightin they've got this.It's mostly the stuff around the edges which is effective here.
